In modern buildings, a high-quality monolithic structure forms the basis for a long service life and optimal functionality. This applies to office buildings as well as shopping centres and apartment buildings. We create the heart of the building out of concrete and integrate installation cores, elevator shafts, staircases and much more. We carry out rough construction from the concrete structures to the final finishing of surfaces in the form of coatings and wipers. We set precast concrete, renovate existing concrete structures, always keeping in mind the specific requirements that are placed on fresh concrete and always using the best technology. This enables us to meet the quality requirements for the appearance of concrete in every rough construction. We have special know-how in the particularly technologically demanding "top and down" and "white bath" methods.
