The reconstructed Letňany Shopping Center entered the Hall of Fame
In the context of the Hall of Fame Awards (HOF) 2019, our project, the renovation of the shopping centre Letňany, was awarded a prize. In the category "Refurbish/Recommercial/Rebrand/Relaunch" we could win the first place.
Construction projects from Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Montenegro, Poland, Romania, Serbia and Slovakia were submitted in the HOF Awards.
As general contractor, PORR a.s. carried out the renovation of the shopping centre Letňany. Together with the ARGE partner PBW Group s.r.o. we worked on the project for CBRE Global Investors. Among other things, we renovated the food court and the sanitary facilities in front of the Multikino. In the third phase we built the entrance to the renovated passage and a new open space in the centre of the oval main shopping arcade. A special highlight is the new inner garden with a pond and a waterfall.
